Oh, I attempted to verify the space with the client; there was an A-15 and a C-15; I did A-15. Also, sometimes, you just dont have time to check the site location before you end up on site. Yes, I know about online tax records, but if the address given to your upstream, is wrong, then you're doomed either way.

If I ver have any doubt as to a location I try to make sure before going as I have had several sites where the location was very vague. I also try to get a contact at the site whenever possible to contact before hand to confirm the location and accompany me on the ESA if possible. I had one similar expereince on a Phase I ESA for a vacant property where there were a couple it could have been and the borders were unclear. I contacted the client from the site and he managed to clarify which property it was. Whiel he was checking I went to the municipal offices and got there about the same time he got back to me so I got the tax map with propety boundaries and other information and then returned to the site. Now with so much information available online I try to get the tax record and map before doing the inspection.
